With people coming from over 35 countries, diversity is a key factor in our success. Effective communication is also a priority, ensuring everyone feels connected and informed through regular team and global meetings, no matter where they are located.

The Creative Growth team starts each week with brainstorming sessions on Monday, where each person is encouraged to freely share their ideas, no matter how unconventional they might seem. Additionally, they dedicate time to working on R&D ideas (research and development) where each person has autonomy to explore and execute their ideas. Afterwards, they share their findings with their team and others, ensuring the maximum collaboration possible.

A good example of success would be the game "Mini Monsters Card Collector," which broke into the top 10 charts on Android in May 2024. The team was able to successfully achieve a significant reduction in CPI from the initial data thanks to continuous iteration and creative experimentation.
